🧄 Ingredients
3 cups Original Bisquick™ Baking Mix
1 lb uncooked vegan sausage or plant-based ground meat (we recommend Gardein Plant-Based Ground Be’f)
4 cups vegan shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (Daiya works great here!)
½ cup grated vegan Parmesan cheese
½ cup unsweetened soy or oat milk
½ teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1½ teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, for dipping (optional but encouraged)
🔥 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the bottom and sides of two rimmed 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except sauce) using your hands or a sturdy spoon. The mixture should be evenly incorporated.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place them about ½ inch apart on the prepared baking pans.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating pans halfway through the baking time, until the balls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
Serve warm, straight from the oven with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
💡 Tips & Notes
Want more spice? Add a pinch of crushed red pepper or smoked paprika.
Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 5 days, and can be frozen for longer.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer for maximum crispness.
Daiya melts well, but any favorite vegan cheese blend works here.
